If the order you wish to return is not listed there, please confirm:
1. You are logged into the same account used when the order was placed.
- If you are logged in under a different account, log out and log back in under the same email address used when the order was placed.
- If you are unsure which email address was used to place the order, check your packing slip under the Bill To information or check your emailed confirmation (the email confirmation will only be sent to the email used to place the order).
2. The order is still within 30 days of the shipment date.
- Orders outside of 30 days are no longer eligible for return. If you require further assistance please feel free to contact us.
