Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable.

If you opt for our flat-rate return shipping label or in-person Return Bar; domestic return shipping costs to our facility are $5.99 per package. The $5.99 fee will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of your return.\*

If you choose to ship your return via another method, we strongly recommend that you use a traceable and/or insured method such as USPS with Delivery Confirmation, Insured Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL.

\*_If you opt for refund via Store Credit, return processing fees will be waived._
