Please call us at 1-800-691-4065 Monday-Friday 5AM-10PM PST. In case you want to modify the items on your order before it's shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a refund to your card. This way, you can easily place a new order for the correct products.

Once your order status shows Shipped, we are unable to change or cancel your order. Please visit your Account page should you need to make a return.
